At deulm, each ceramic piece is carefully packaged and shipped from our London studio.
We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Because every item is handmade and handled with care, preparation and packaging may take a little longer during busy periods.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery time and service

We use trusted UK couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD, depending on the size and fragility of the piece.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Standard UK Mainland: 2–4 business days

  • Remote regions (e.g. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight): 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the courier and location.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

As we ship from London:

  • Mainland UK (England & Wales): typically £10

  • Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight: may incur an additional charge of £5–£15 due to courier surcharges

Exact shipping costs will be shown before you confirm your order.

Packaging and handling

Each ceramic piece is individually wrapped with protective materials to ensure it reaches you safely.
We use eco-friendly or recyclable packaging wherever possible.

If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Delivery restrictions

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom and do not offer international delivery at this time.

If you’d like to arrange special delivery, such as insured or timed delivery for high-value pieces, please contact us before placing your order.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us at [insert your contact email] and include your order number.
We’ll liaise with the courier to track or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
