Shipping
Orders are packed carefully from London. Available shipping options, delivery charges, and the final order total are shown during checkout before payment is taken.
Unless a different delivery period is agreed with you at checkout or by email, goods will be dispatched and delivered within 30 days of order confirmation.
Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you, or to someone you have identified to receive them. If an order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit before delivery, contact Deulm at yosuniiiii0128@gmail.com.
Object Condition
Many pieces are handmade, vintage, or one of a kind. Small variations, marks, or irregularities are part of the object unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations And Returns
If you buy online as a consumer, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. After telling us you want to cancel, you then have another 14 days to return the goods.
To cancel, email yosuniiiii0128@gmail.com with your name, order number, the item you want to return, and a clear statement that you want to cancel. You can use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to.

Returns should be sent to: 50 Woodstock Grove, London. Please contact Deulm before sending anything back so we can confirm the return details.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when you cancel because you have changed your mind, unless Deulm has agreed otherwise in writing. Deulm pays reasonable return postage where the item is faulty, not as described, or damaged before delivery.
You may handle the goods as you would in a shop to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Deulm may reduce the refund for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that you have sent them back. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless another method is agreed and does not cost you extra. If you cancel the whole order, standard outbound delivery costs will be refunded; any extra cost for premium delivery is not refundable beyond the standard delivery cost.
Faulty Or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, contact Deulm as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
If goods are faulty, you may have a short-term right to reject them, and you may also have rights to repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances and timing. Deulm may ask for proof of purchase and reasonable evidence of the issue so the return can be handled properly.
Exceptions
Cancellation rights may not apply to personalised or custom-made goods, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed, perishable goods, or other items excluded by consumer law. Any item-specific exception will be made clear on the relevant product page before purchase.
