Terms

Last updated: 6 May 2026

Business Details

These terms apply to orders placed through the Deulm storefront. Trading name: Deulm. Legal business name: deulm. Trading address: 50 Woodstock Grove, London. Email: yosuniiiii0128@gmail.com. VAT status: Not VAT registered.

The storefront is intended for consumer purchases. If you want to buy for business use, contact Deulm first because separate terms may apply.

Products

Product images and descriptions are prepared with care, but colour, texture, and scale may vary slightly by screen and object. Many pieces are handmade, vintage, or one of a kind, so small variations, marks, or irregularities may be part of the object unless stated otherwise.

Condition notes on product pages form part of the product description. They do not remove your statutory rights, but they help explain the nature and expected condition of handmade, vintage, or one-of-a-kind objects.

Prices And Payment

Product availability, prices, payment methods, shipping options, delivery charges, and the final order total are shown before payment is taken. Prices are shown in GBP. Deulm is not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged separately. Checkout and payment are processed securely through Wix.

Placing An Order

You can review your cart and correct errors before completing checkout. By clicking the final payment button in checkout, you confirm that you are placing an order and agree to pay the total shown.

The contract language is English. An order is accepted when checkout is completed and an order confirmation is issued. If an item becomes unavailable after checkout, Deulm will contact you and refund any unavailable item.

Delivery

Delivery arrangements, costs, and available delivery options are shown during checkout. Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days of order confirmation.

Cancellations, Returns And Refunds

Your cancellation, return, and refund rights are explained in the Shipping / Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed, or unsuitable goods.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Deulm is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed, but this does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Use Of The Storefront

You must not misuse the storefront, interfere with checkout, attempt unauthorised access, or use the site in a way that is unlawful or harmful.

Changes

Deulm may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the terms available when your order is placed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also have rights under the laws that apply where you live.
